Every project begins with forming a dedicated crew, tailored specifically to your requirements. Each client is assigned a flexible team led by two key figures: a Crew Captain and a Client Journey Lead. The Crew Captain, a senior software engineer, ensures the technical excellence of the project, while the Client Journey Lead focuses on your experience, guiding you through every phase.
Modular Expertise for Maximum Value
Our crew structure is adaptable and built to scale based on your project’s needs. We bring in specialised experts, including designers, DevOps engineers, quality assurance specialists, project managers, AI experts, product owners, and industry experts such as those in fintech or healthcare, to ensure every aspect of your project receives the right level of attention. At Threls, we believe it is our responsibility to give back. Our company’s foundation was rooted in community work—our three founders all hail from Xaghra, Gozo, and became friends through their shared dedication to volunteerism. In 2013, they began working together in what is now known as Run Gozo, originally called the Gozo Half Marathon.

This experience shaped our belief in the importance of voluntary organisations in the development of society. We understand firsthand the power of community, and we feel it is our obligation to contribute in meaningful ways.
